Tom LaJaune, President of the Masonry Consulting Group, has developed a reputation as a proven leader in the commercial masonry industry with over 30 years of supervising large construction projects. Starting his firm in January of 1991, he has helped companies in turning failing projects around, as well as helping them and their attorneys in achieving favorable conclusions in litigation. Mr. LaJaune has testified in several very large construction cases and is well respected and in great demand as an expert witness in a variety of construction matters far beyond the masonry trade. References are available.

Mr. LaJaune has not only been a mason, but also an owner of his own masonry construction company. Additionally, he has managed two different masonry operations for international general contractors. During his tenure with the general contractors he performed as the manager of all masonry projects, and for a short time was a superintendent and project manager, in order to expedite the projects.

Mr. La Jaune is author of Masonry Supervision, the only book of its kind intended to encourage those coming up within the industry to strive to be winners. The book sold all copies published in just over 2 years. Considered an expert in his field, Mr. LaJaune has had articles published in national masonry publications. He has performed workshops at the National Masonry Contractors Association of America expo and has given numerous customized seminars for contractors and their supervisors at their own place of business. In each case, Mr. LaJaune meets with the owners and managers in order to design a seminar that best meets their challenges and current situation.
